By submitting your profile for verification, you acknowledge and agree that the background verification process may take 4–7 working days. We ensure strict confidentiality and do not share your submitted documents or files with anyone except our authorized background verification agency SpringVerify.

You are welcome to upload your documents in the member area. We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality and do not disclose your email address, mobile number, or any personal information to other members on this portal.

This policy remains in effect throughout the duration of your membership.

Please note, if you choose to share your personal data or information with other members—whether directly or indirectly—Najsoft Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any resulting breach of confidentiality.

All data provided by you is securely stored in our database in an encrypted format to ensure the highest level of protection.

We conduct the following checks as part of our verification process:
• Address Verification
• Criminal Background Check
• Employment Verification
• ID Check

Members are required to maintain confidential and respectful communication with other users on the platform.

Please note:
• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the verification process.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any profile based on the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.
• If any profile is found to be misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable, it may be rejected without refund.

1. Eligibility

   • We reserve the right to reject or delete any profile that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

2. Account Registration

   • Only one account per user is permitted.

3. Verification Process
   • Verification may take 4–7 business days.
   • Documents submitted will be kept confidential and shared only with verification partners.
   • Once verified, you become an approved member, and the company will not be responsible for any future uploads (documents, photos, videos, etc.) made by you.
   • Once you register on the site, your information will be shared with our authorized verification partner Spring Verify, for background verification (BGV). They may contact you via email or phone for any additional documents or clarifications. Please respond politely and cooperate with them to ensure a smooth verification process.

4. User Conduct
   You agree to maintain respectful and confidential communication with other users.
   Prohibited activities include:
   • Harassment or abuse
   • Impersonation or fraud
   • Uploading obscene or misleading content
   • Sharing another member’s personal information without consent

   We reserve the right to suspend, block, or remove any member found engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behavior, without prior notice and without any refund.

5. Payments & Subscription details
   • All payments made on NikahConnectIndia are non-refundable.
   • Subscription fees may vary based on the specific services or membership plan you select, especially when upgrading from one subscription tier to another.
   • Upon successful payment, first-time users will be redirected to a profile setup or verification page.

6. Refund Policy
   • Verification and membership fees are non-refundable.
   • In case of profile rejection due to misleading or unverifiable information, no refund will be issued.

7. Privacy

   We do not share your personal details with any third party, except with our authorized background verification partner, SpringVerify, and only for the purpose of conducting background checks.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Termination of Account
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account:
   • That violates our terms
   • Found to be inactive or suspicious
